Ha-uchiwa (羽団扇 "feather fan") is tengu's magical fan made of feathers. In folk tales, these fans sometimes have the ability to grow or shrink a person's nose, but usually they are attributed the power to stir up great winds.
Aya Shameimaru from Touhou is frequently depicted with one. But her hauchiwa, unlike the canonical one, is very similar to the maple leaf (down to its coloring and use of fewer feathers in order to specifically achieve a leaf-like shape).
